Client Requirement

A client provided us with rattles in arbitrary colors and sought a packaging solution that included:

3 Poly Pack Tent Cards
11 Blister Packs
4 Boxes
Each packaging type required different quantities of rattles to accommodate price variations.

Categorization & Structuring: We strategically sorted the rattles based on their size and family to ensure an organized and appealing presentation across all packaging formats.

Defining Dimensions: We determined precise dimensions for poly packs, blister packs, and boxes to optimize material usage and create a cohesive, standardized look.

Adaptive Branding: To maintain brand consistency while enhancing visual appeal, we designed a dynamic logo that could adapt its color based on the packaging shade, ensuring seamless integration with the product’s aesthetic.

Pouch Card

Designed three tent card variations, but of the same size for different pouches carrying varying quantities of rattles. The purpose was to optimize cost efficiency by minimizing cutting die and sheet size expenses.
