A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the work, with the remaining 50% due before delivery of the final printable copy. Please note that once the project has started, no refunds will be issued if the client cancels the project.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. A "round" constitutes a consolidated list of feedback. Additional revision rounds beyond the package limit will be billed at an $6 per change.
(If you have 3-4 corrections at time, it will be considered as one correction)

Client agrees to provide all necessary information, content (text, specific logos/barcodes), product samples/photos (if required), and timely feedback/approvals to meet project timelines. Delays in feedback may shift project deadlines.

Final, approved design files will be delivered electronically in standard print-ready formats (e.g., high-resolution PDF with bleed and crop marks). Source files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/CorelDraw) are included only in the "Flagship Elite" package or can be purchased separately for other tiers (quote available upon request).

Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership and unlimited usage rights for the final, approved designs specific to the intended product packaging and associated marketing. The designer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing (NDA). Concepts not chosen remain the intellectual property of the designer.

Both parties agree to treat any shared proprietary information as confidential.

Estimated timelines are contingent upon prompt client feedback and do not include printing production time.
If you need the project completed in less time, an additional charge will apply based on the required timeframe.

If the project is cancelled by the client before completion, a cancellation fee will apply based on the work completed to date (minimum 50% of total project fee). Deposits are non-refundable.

The designer is not responsible for errors in final print output due to incorrect information provided by the client or errors approved by the client in the final proofing stage. Client is responsible for final proofreading and checking all technical details (barcodes, legal text etc.) before printing.

We do not hold the rights to produce stock images. Instead, we will select an appropriate image and submit it for approval. Once finalized, the client will be responsible for purchasing and providing the image to us.
