For Printing

Please ensure all the dimensions of the art work before printing, make sure all the content and images are placed on the their position

We will provide the printable file only in PDF/EPS format and that will be the final file for the client use

We do not provide the open sourced file whether it is make in any working software, if you need any open file you need to do extra payment

After delivery the final file for the printing or digital use, you required some changes that will be the done on extra charge

For Designing

On the quoted price we will show you two option of the design

Payment Terms

After agreement we need 50% advance payment of total agreable amount inclusing 18% GST (This helps us protect the time and ensures that the client is committed to the project.), and remain 50% before sedning the final file for printing or digital.

Scope of Work

We will provide the designs that should include specifics such as the number of designs, revisions, and the expected delivery date.

Ownership of Work

Some time we use some paid stock image and clipart from the stock website that are chargeable, and some time we create our own cartoon characters and clipart that have exclusively our copyrights. the designer retains ownership but grants the client a license to use the designs. After delivery of the design we are free from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the designs by the client.

Confidentiality

We ensures that the we will keep all client information confidential and not disclose any sensitive information to third parties.

Revision and Turnaround time

Turnaround Time
We request to the client should finish the design with revision in a reasonable turnaround time. This will helps us in the project stays on track and meets deadlines.

Additional Revision
If the client requests revisions beyond the agreed-upon number, we may charge an additional fee. This is to compensate for the extra time and effort required for additional revisions.

Final Approval
Once the revisions are complete, the client should provide final approval before the project moves to the next stage, such as printing or publication.

Number of Revisions
We will be provide only tow revisions included in the agreed-upon fee. This helps manage expectations and prevents endless rounds of revisions.

Feedback Process
The client should provide clear, specific, and constructive feedback to guide the revisions. This can include comments on colors, fonts, layout, and overall design direction.
